Terms and Conditions


To place an order you have the option to use either Credit Card or PayPal as a method of payment. Alternatively you can call the store and pay via credit card over the phone.

When adding items to the shopping basket, you will have the option to choose your shipping destination. We charge an extra amount which is calculated on the weight of the item based on current shipping rates. You will have the option in error, to cancel items or your order in the basket before being redirected to the payment pages.

Credit Card transactions are processed securely by SagePay, Present London does not handle any Credit Card data for orders placed online. PayPal does not not require you to sign up to use its services and accepts all major credit cards with out the need for an account.

We require a contact number for processing your order. This allows us to have an alternative contact method in case we cant reach you via email.

You will only be charged for your order when we have confirmed that the items are instock and ready to ship. In the event items are not available or out of stock we will contact your with your options.

None of your details submitted at the checkout will be shared or passed on to third parties. Your address and contact information will only be used in processing your order.

Payment Options

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Paypal and American Express, Solo via PayPal. All credit card checks are subject to validation via 3D secure by the card issuer. 3D Secure enables the shopper to enter a password to confirm their identity with the card issuer, it improve the security of Internet payments. These checks are made on all Visa and MasterCard credit cards reducing the likelihood of fraudulent usage of Visa and MasterCard credit cards and improving overall transaction performance.
If you do not have 3D secure set up on your credit card we recommend that you do. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

International Customers

We accept international orders. For customers outside of the EU. Order items from the web store as normal and 20% VAT sales tax will deducted from the price of the goods when you select your delivery option. Please note that all Publications our exempt from VAT / sales tax and will not receive a discount.

Postage & Shipping

Postage will be calculated on the weight of the items added to the shopping basket. Delivery times vary on destination. All items are tracked and insured.

Estimated delivery times:
UK: 1 Business Day
Europe: 2 - 3 Business Days
Rest of the World: 3 - 4 Business Days

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. Please note that we will only ship to the address entered at the checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust the cost of delivery. These costs depend on the current rates and surcharges given by our couriers. We will always try to charge the most cost effective prices for shipping and delivery.

For UK Deliveries we use DHL Next Day service, this is delivered between 10am and 6pm within one working day. For this we charge a flat rate of £4.95 for all orders.

For International delivery we use DHL Air servies these prices vary due to weight. More information can be found in our delivery section.

Any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.

Russian Customers: We currently only ship to Moscow, we will not ship to other Russian addresses due to ongoing issues in Russian customs clearance. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 1pm GMT the same day. All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. All UK orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be shipped same day, but wont be delivered until the following week. We can arrange a Saturday delivery at an extra charge. Please contact us for information. All packages are trackable with up to date information available for all orders.

When you receive your order confirmation and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link so you can track your order online. Although we do try our best to get orders out to the above mentioned times delivery times and dates are estimates and subject to DHL schedules and may change or differ to times stated on present-london.com.


To return your order to us do the following:
Send an email to [email protected] including your full name and order number as it appears on your order email confirmation, not your delivery reference number. This is the email that you would of received when you completed your order.

When we have been notified of your return, and its been authorised you will receive a returns form via email. Please print and fill out this form with all the relevant information and include this with your return. All returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Returns which do not have a form will take longer to process. Sale goods maybe returned for exchange or store credit out of the 7 Day 'cooling off period'.

If you require a refund, please follow the steps above before returning goods to the store. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition and a returns form to the shop we will process your refund via the method you paid. e.g by PayPal or via Credit Card. Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs).

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Present London is not responsible for returned orders which are either lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.

Please be aware that we refund returned orders within 1-2 weeks from when the goods arrive back to us.

International Returns

Important information for International customers. Please mark returned packages "Returned Items". Present London will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.

Sale Items

Sale goods may be returned within the 7 days 'cooling off period' after receipt. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can be exchanged like for like or for credit note to be used. Please contact us for further information.

Individual prices listed on the website include V.A.T. The final price of the purchased goods includes, V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export, brokerage or local taxes that are obtained by the customer. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Stock Availability

In the event the item is out of stock will we can either cancel your order or the have the item charged to you and then delivered when it comes into stock. We will contact you with in 24 hours via the phone number or email address supplied at checkout to discuss your options.

Please note that we operate a physical store at 140 Shoreditch High Street and some of the products listed on the site are very limited in quantity, these may sell in the shop before your order is placed. If your order is out of stock at the time of purchase we will contact you as quickly as possible with your options.

Please note that upon placing an order through the site, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Present London shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Present London shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

We have made every effort to ensure garment photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur. Please note all measurements are approximate.
