For UK Deliveries we use UPS Next Day service, this is delivered between 10am and 6pm. For this we charge a rate of £3.00 for small goods (Publications, Small goods etc.) and then a flat rate of £5.00 for all other products.
For International delivery prices vary due to weight. We use a very quick service, and most items worldwide arrive between 2-3 working days.
