The padded iPad compartment will accommodate an iPad with and without the standard black sleeve. There are also slip pockets and pen holders in the front. The shoulder strap is detachable should you wish to pack the bag away neatly. The flap features a quick release pin fastening and a classic military style diagonal cutaway at the sides.
